Blue Cheese Avocado Burger

Ingredients:

    • 1 Chiquita® avocado, diced
    • 1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
    • 1 tsp orange juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 6-8 oz burger patties
    • 2 each whole wheat buns
    • 2 slices tomatoes

Instructions:

Place orange juice, blue cheese and avocado in a bowl and fold gently with a spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Cook burger to your liking. Place tomatoes and avocado spread on burger and serve. 

Try with baked sweet potato wedges as a healthier option instead of fries.
