Chiquita bananas, fresher quality and extended shelf life. Our team has some of the deepest agricultural & technical expertise in growing, harvesting, and optimizing banana quality in the industry. We offer our certified growers technical assistance and work with them along the entire product life cycle to maximize and maintain banana quality. Our Product Supply Control Plans ensures we meet important consumer definitions of banana quality. We hire highly specialized third-party auditors to inspect our products at the retail level and ensure that we're meeting your quality expectations.

Ripening expertise through owned ripening facilities, on-site ripening and in-transit ripening – low temperature ripening (LTR) improving right banana color with highest quality and consistency on shelf with strategic use of resources, eliminating capital spending on ripening rooms. Field services training and auditing from delivery to shelf and integrated approach to retail best practices program guaranteeing a fresher product, lower shrink, increased shopper satisfaction and improved sales velocity.
