 Chiquita® Banana Pineapple Pops
(20% Daily Value of Potassium)
8 Chiquita bananas, sliced
1 ¼ cup pineapple juice
2/3 cup pineapple, crushed
6 wooden popsicle sticks
 
Place bananas, pineapple juice, and crushed pineapple in a food processor or blender; process until mixture is smooth. Divide mixture evenly among 6 – 6ounce paper or plastic cups. Place in freezer and when partially frozen place a popsicle stick in the center of each cup. Freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before removing cups and serving.
