
Banana Rice Pudding
4 Chiquita bananas
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cups cooked rice
1 quart whipped cream
Blend bananas to a puree. Then mix pineapple, honey and lemon juice. Add rice, fold in whipped cream. Add raisins and blend in. Refrigerate. Garnish with a slice of Chiquita banana an whipped cream topped with a dash of cinnamon or walnuts.
