Pop these overnight oats in the fridge the night before, and wake up to a deliciously nourishing breakfast, the perfect way to start the day.
Whisk all of the ingredients except the mango and mint into a mixing bowl. Stir through the mango cubes and pour into a jar with a tight lid.
1/2 heaped cup
fine sea salt
ripe Chiquita banana, mashed
ripe mango, cut into 0.5cm cubes
Close the lid and refrigerate overnight, then enjoy the next morning, topped with the fresh mint.
TIP: Swap out the mango for strawberries or a fruit of your choice.
