A healthier take on classic banana nut loaf that is simple, moist and delicious.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and line a loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl combine the bananas, eggs, maple syrup and honey; beat well and set aside. Add bananas and mix to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, almond meal, baking soda and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50 minutes – 1 hour.

Banana bread is done when a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
