Recipe does not call for eggs, but demo shows 2 eggs. Should eggs be included or not?

Hello,
We noticed our bananas looked grey, not the usual bright yellow. I'm wondering what kind of soil/pesticides were used or change in weather conditions caused this to happen since all bananas are clones? The sticker said Guatamala, purchased in Winchester VA recently.
Thank you for your time and attention,
Natalie

Try this recipe and it was great. Added another banana and walnuts instead of peanuts but this is a keeper.
Thanks!!!
