Chiquita Pineapples
1. Using a sharp kitchen knife, cut off the top of the Chiquita pineapple and then slice the body in half.

2. Cut into quarters

3. Trim core and bottom from each quarter

4. Cut into eights

5. Trim skin from each eight. Enjoy as spears or slice into bite-size wedges.
