Place the oats and almond milk in a non-stick saucepan, bring to a gentle simmer and cook on a low heat, stirring often.

Mash one of the bananas until smooth, add to the pan with the cinnamon and stir the porridge until the desired consistency is reached. Divide the porridge between bowls.

To finish, slice the remaining banana and place on top of the porridge, sprinkle a tablespoon of chopped walnuts and a tablespoon of honey over each and serve.
