Spray generously the microwave safe mugs with cooking spray or use melted butter.

Cut the Chiquita banana in thin slices.

Combine the dry ingredients and stir milk until creating a smooth dough. Is the dough too wet? Add some wheat flour. Too dry? Add a little bit of milk.

Sprinkle the surface with flour and turn the dough out and knead it well. Roll it into two long strips.

Mix in a little bowl the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Brush the strips with the melted butter and sprinkle it with the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Top with the thin slices of Chiquita banana and roll up the dough.

Add the doughs into the mugs and pop into the microwave for up to 2 minutes and check if it has been cooked through every 60 seconds.
