Purée the Chiquita bananas with the eggs.
Add the buckwheat flower, baking powder and the salt. Mix it well.
Take a pan for Dutch mini pancakes and add some butter in it.
Pour the mixture in the pan. When the tops are dry, flip the mini pancakes.
When they are golden brown, they are finished.
Tip: Serve the Dutch mini pancakes with powdered sugar and butter on top
