Preheat the oven to 428 °F.

Chop the Chiquita bananas in pieces and sqeeze some lemon on top of it.

Lay down the tea towel and drop one piece of filo pastry. Cover the first layer with butter and put the other piece of filo pastry on top of it. Do this one more time.

Add the chocolate nibs, chopped walnuts and the bananas on the layers of filo pastry. Roll with the tea towel, so the ends of the filo pastry will stick together.

Remove the tea towel from the strudel and place it on a baking tin.

Brush the top of the strudel with the egg and add some almonds on top.

Slide the baking tin into the oven. Bake for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
