Start with cheesecake slices and you can put this dessert together in minutes!
Cut peeled bananas into 1/2-inch slices; set aside. Melt maple syrup and coconut oil together for a minute, until the maple syrup starts to bubble.
Add bananas and cook, 1–2 minutes, stirring often, until the bananas are coated in sauce.
Serve immediately over cheesecake. (Also delicious over frozen yogurt).
