The cutest way to celebrate the winter holidays! Really fun to make with children too.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of barely simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

Cut the tips off of the top of the Chiquita bananas to create a flat base, and slice the rounded edge off the back of them so that they lay flat on the baking tray, without rolling to one side.

Halve the orange sweets, and pipe black dots onto the mini marshmallows to resemble eyes.

Carefully dip the left side of the banana into the chocolate and then repeat with the right side, to create an upside down V shape of chocolate, then rest them on the baking tray flat-side down. Dip the cut side of the orange chocolate halves into the melted chocolate and stick onto the bananas, cut-side, down; you want one 1 half to resemble the beak and 2 for the feet of the penguins. Repeat with the marshmallows for the eyes. Continue until all of the penguins are complete.

Place onto the baking tray when finished and place into the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until set, to give a frozen look, then serve immediately.

TIP: Serve on a white meringue pavlova to depict penguins on an iceberg.
