This decadent dessert can be thrown together in under 5 minutes. The oven does the hard work, and the result is gorgeously sticky, caramelised bananas.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C. Slice the bananas in their skins lengthways and place, cut side up, on a sheet of foil.
Stir together the butter, sugar and honey and drizzle over the bananas. Wrap the foil tightly, transfer to the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the bananas from the foil and serve scattered with the chopped hazelnuts and coconut flakes with a dollop of Greek yoghurt on top.
