These healthy Chiquita banana chips make a great lunchbox snack and are very simple to make. They make a crunchy topping for yogurt and are delicious stirred into granola!

Preheat the oven to 100ºC/212ºF/gas 1/4. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Cut the Chiquita banana thinly into 1/4cm slices. Lay onto the lined tray and brush with the lemon juice.
