Line an 20 cm / 8” x 20 cm / 8” square tin with baking parchment, and clear a space for it in the freezer.

Place the Chiquita bananas, coconut oil and cocoa powder into a blender and blitz until very smooth. Pour into the tin and sprinkle over the cocoa nibs and desiccated coconut.

Place into the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Remove from the freezer and allow to soften for 5 minutes before removing it from its tin and cutting into 16 squares.

TIP: Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months for a sweet healthy snack.
