This spooky bundt cake will make a great centre piece at any party!

Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4. Grease the bundt tin with the melted butter and a pastry brush, making sure that you grease into all corners of the tin.

Beat the softened butter and light brown sugar in large bowl using an electric whisk until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Alternately add the flour mix and buttermilk into the batter, stirring after each addition, starting and ending with the flour.

Finally, add the pumpkin puree and mashed Chiquita bananas, mixing to ensure both are well dispersed throughout the mixture.

Pour into the bundt tin and place on a baking tray, then into the oven for 1 hour. Bake until golden brown or a skewer inserted comes out clean.
