Preheat the oven to 347°F and cover a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix in a bowl the Chiquita banana, oil, eggs and vanilla-extract. Mix in another bowl the all purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, coconut sugar and salt.

Add the Chiquita-banana batter with the other mixture and drop the almonds in it. Mix well.

Flour a working area and make a dough of the mixture.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces and shape each piece into a rod with a diameter of approximately 1,2 inches.

Bake for 25 minutes and let them cool down for 10 minutes.

Cut the bars with a knife into slices of 1 cm thick. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 330°F.
