Heat the oven to 320 °F. Spread the flakes in a thin layer on a big baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Allow to cool and mix in the raisins and cranberries.
Peel and slice bananas.
Pour a layer of yogurt in the jars, pour a layer of granola on top and then place banana slices on top. Repeat (depending on the content) until the jar is full.

1.5 cup yogurt of choice
2 Chiquita bananas
5 cups grain flakes (a mix of barley, wheat, oat and rye).
4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
