Place the carrot, Chiquita pineapple and raisins into the serving bowl and toss so that everything is evenly distributed.

In a separate bowl, whisk the crème fraîche and cider vinegar. Tip onto the carrot and pineapple mix and use tongs to work the dressing through.

Sprinkle over the sesame seeds, and finish with the coriander.
