Place a sheet of baking paper in a large baking tin or plate (which fits in your freezer!). Mix the honey (of your taste) with the yogurt and spread it in a layer of about 1 to 2 cm over the baking paper.

Spread the red fruit over the yogurt and press it a little in the yogurt. Grate with a fine rasp the lime peel and sprinkle with pistachio nuts, goji berries, puffed quinoa and acai powder.

Peel and cut the bananas into slices and sprinkle them with lime juice.
Divide the banana between them and press them lightly in the yogurt.

Let the yogurt freeze in about 3 hours and break into pieces.
If you want, sprinkle some honey.
