Cut the Chiquita bananas into pieces and blend with rice milk and raspberries into a smoothie and pour into bowls.
Halve the melon and drill bits out of the flesh or cut into cubes if you do not have a Parisienne drill. Cut Chiquita banana into slices and chop almonds.
Garnish bowls with fruit, nuts and rose petals.

3 frozen Chiquita bananas
5 oz frozen raspberries
1.5 oz fresh raspberries
Half a cantaloupe melon
1 Chiquita banana
3 sprigs fresh mint
1.5 oz almonds
1 tsp dried pink rose petals
Equipment needed: blender, food processor or hand blender. Optional: Parisienne drill
