Mix the yoghurt with the Chiquita banana, tumeric, cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg in a blender. Mix until smooth.

Cut the Chiquita banana into slices. Preheated olive oil in a baking pan and fry for 8 minutes until golden brown.

Split the yoghurt mixture into bowls and sprinkle with blue berries, coconut flakes, sunflowerseeds and the baked Chiquita banana.
