Place the Chiquita plantains, coconut cream, coconut milk and cinnamon into a blender and blitz until smooth.

You will also need:
An ice cream maker (if your ice cream maker instructs you to do so, be sure to place the bowl of the machine into the freezer for 24 hours before churning)

Pour into the ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers instructions until a smooth but firm consistency is achieved.

Scoop into bowls and sprinkle over the toasted hazelnuts and coconut flakes, and serve with raspberries.

TIP: Pour over date syrup before serving if desired.
