Mash two Chiquita bananas with a fork.

Melt the butter in a pan and let it cool down.

Add the mashed Chiquita bananas, melted butter, eggs, buttermilk and honey together.

Whish in another bowl the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Pour the dry ingredients in the other bowl and mix just incorporated.

Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes.

Place a frying pan over medium heat and melt a little butter in it. Spread the butter evenly.

If you have a large iron heart cookie mold, place it in the pan. Pour the batter into the mold. If you don’t have it, just pour a little batter in the pan.

Flip the pancakes, when they look dry or when you see little bubbles. Cook the other side golden brown.

Chop the last Chiquita banana in pieces. Make with the heart-shaped cookie cutter hearts of the pieces.

Garnish the Valentine pancakes with whip cream and the heart-shapes Chiquita banana pieces.
