Rinse quinoa well in a sieve. Drain well and put quinoa into a pan. Add oat milk and vanilla powder and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 20 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed. Mix the cacao and cinnamon into quinoa.

Divide between 2 deep plates and garnish with slices of banana, coconut sugar, grated chocolate and coconut flakes.
