Preheat the oven to 374°F.

Mash the Chiquita banana with a spoon.

Combine the Chiquita banana, butter, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract and the egg on medium speed for approx. 1 minute.

Add on low speed, the flour, baking powder and salt.

Fold the dough and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Let it rest for a minimum of 1 hour.

Roll the dough until haf and inch and cut with a banana-shaped cookie cutter.

Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet. Drop the banana shape dough on the paper and bake for 9 until 12 minutes.

Let the cookies cool down.

Add yellow glaze on top of the cookies. Then add a blue spot for the Chiquita sticker.
