Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and grease and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mash the bananas until smooth. Add the desiccated coconut to the bananas and combine well.
Roll the mixture into 10 golf ball-sized balls and place on the baking tray. Flatten each ball with the palm of your hand to 1.5cm thickness and transfer to the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
