Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and grease and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mash the bananas until smooth. Add the desiccated coconut to the bananas and combine well.

Roll the mixture into 10 golf ball-sized balls and place on the baking tray. Flatten each ball with the palm of your hand to 1.5cm thickness and transfer to the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the biscuits to a wire rack to cool completely, before eating, or storing in an airtight container.
