Preheat oven to 350’F. Grease and line a loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl combine the bananas, applesauce, egg, maple syrup and honey; set aside. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking power, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

. Add the dry mixture to the banana blend and mix to combine. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Loaf is done when a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean.

When pan is cool enough to handle, remove loaf from the pan and cool on a baking rack. Slice when cool.

Serving suggestions: This banana loaf is even better the day after baking. Wrap cool unsliced bread in foil or place in a sealed bag to save.
